To Make a Date
If you would like to get together, please fill out the form below, me or my assistant will respond to you promptly. Even if we have met before, please utilize the form below to consolidate all the information needed for our date in one place. Please check my calendar before requesting a date to make sure that I’m free.
If we have not met before, screening is mandatory, for my safety and yours. The section on screening-what it is, why I require it etc., is located on the FAQ page.
A 25% Deposit is required for new & returning visitors. My assistant or I will confirm your requested date & send you the options for making a deposit. Until this is received, your appointment is not confirmed and that time will not be held for you. If you are unable or unwilling to screen and make a deposit, please do not waste my time or your own.
I am based in Chicago and offer in-call appointments in Downtown Chicago at luxury hotels (the price of the in-call is included in my rates).
Wait! Just in case you missed it above-If this is your first visit, please make sure you include your screening info in full, on contact form. Not doing so will result in a non-response.
For returning and new guests, please look at my calendar to make sure that I’m free when you are (and in the same city!).
